Insurance Coverage

For the safety and protection of our guests, Raccoon Travels works with operators and transportation providers that maintain active insurance coverage. We also renew and maintain our insurance policies through the Instituto Nacional de Seguros (INS) on a quarterly basis to help ensure compliance and protection for our clients.

Guests are welcome to request information regarding applicable insurance coverage before their tour. We believe in transparency and will gladly provide details about our insurance policies, permits, and safety measures upon request.
